Refunds and Returns


All orders made after the 19th April 2023 apply to the following procedures:
Please follow the procedure reported below and indicated on the return form that arrived with your order

  1. Fill out the Return Form and make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund.
  2. If you're returning an order from an extra european country it is necessary to attach a pro forma invoice. Please contact our customer care team for assistance. (EXTRA CEE only)
  3. Attach the pre-printed and pre-paid label on the original box (or on another box that is just as sturdy) in order to cover the outward label.
  4. Book the collection on the DHL Express portal or arrange to drop off at your nearest DHL Service Point. 

For the orders placed before the 19th April 2023, book the collection on the UPS portal (Code 4Y919W), the courier will come and pick up the package where and when you prefer.

Your return will be insured in case of theft or loss during transport only if returned via the procedure explained above. You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be made. You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return, this process can take up to 10 business days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total sum of your return refund, with the exception of defective items. Perfumes and products from the Sexual Wellness category cannot be returned, if the product is damaged or defective please contact our customer service for more information.
