Refunds and Returns
RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE PROCEDUREAll orders made after the 1st March 2022 apply to the following procedures:
Please follow the procedure reported below and indicated on the return form that arrived with your order
- Fill out the Return Form and make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund.
- If you're returning an order from an extra european country it is necessary to attach a pro forma invoice. Please contact our customer care team for assistance.
- Attach the pre-printed and pre-paid label on the original box (or on another box that is just as sturdy) in order to cover the outward label.
- Book the collection on the UPS portal (Code 4Y919W), the courier will come and pick up the package where and when you prefer.
IN-STORE RETURNS
You can return your return to selected shops within 14 days and our team will ship the package to the warehouse for you. To find out if your preferred shop can accept your return please contact our Customer Care. Just follow these simple instructions:
- Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them, with all labels and packaging.
- Place the items in their original box (or an equally sturdy box) and bring them to one of our shops, along with the shipping document and pre-printed label you found inside the package.
- If you paid cash on delivery, bring your bank account details (name of account holder and IBAN code).
SIZE CHANGE
If you wish to make a size change, you can request a replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order using the online form. It is only possible to exchange the purchased item for the same item in a different size if available. If you prefer to exchange for another item, you will have to request a return and make a new purchase. Once we receive the product to be exchanged at our warehouse we will send you the new size. The new tracking number will be communicated to you by e-mail when the new size is shipped. The products to be returned for replacement must not be used, worn or damaged, must have the identification tag attached to the product and must be returned in their original packaging with their accessories and instruction manuals. Goods returned in conditions that do not comply with the above will not be replaced or refunded. Once a size change has been made, it will no longer be possible to request a new exchange.
